  • I help to reveal complex organisational dynamics: how internal structures, roles and processes interact with the environment. This results in clear priorities, strategies and implementation plans that are both culturally appropriate and sustainable.

    For management consulting, I charge €120 for 60 minutes. Longer sessions incur correspondingly higher costs.

  • Fundraising requires clarity, strategy and impact. Whether you are just starting out, experiencing stagnant income or running large campaigns, I will work with you to develop a coherent concept that suits your organisation. Services such as initial research, donor mapping, application preparation and 360° strategy are all included.

  • Systemic counselling for people who want to pause, sort things out and open up new areas of action.

    When decisions are stuck or inner tensions take up space, a structured view from the outside helps to gain clarity and orientation.

    Possible topics for clients:

    • Crises (work-life balance, burnout, relationships, etc.)

    • Professional coaching, e.g. for managers or when making career decisions

    For most issues, sessions lasting between 60 and 90 minutes are recommended.

In my various roles in different organisations, I have experienced numerous perspectives - from the role of a project employee to that of a manager to the Managing Director of an internationally active NGO. I have worked as a facilitator in organisational development, working with teams, external partners, private donors and institutional funders.

My professional experience has taken me not only to Germany, but also to many crisis regions around the world, where I have learnt about inspiring cultures and pragmatic ways of working. These experiences have shaped my systemic approach and helped me to develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of organisations and their challenges.

I have a bachelor's degree in philosophy and political science, a master's degree in nonprofit management and governance, and am a trained systemic consultant. These qualifications complement my practical experience and form the professional basis of my consulting work.

Through these experiences, I have developed my own toolbox - an approach based on clear communication, efficient team interaction and smart solutions that are in line with applicable laws and standards. Everything is interconnected, always in motion - this is the systemic approach that I represent.

As a consultant, I support organisations and teams in developing their own solutions and facilitating sustainable change through self-reflection and open communication. I place particular emphasis on strategic clarity and long-term, systemically integrated change.
